Shipping and Delivery
Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.magnumstore.in Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
- As per the Indian government guidelines, we ship to all serviceable pin codes in India.
- Your orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai through registered courier companies at your doorstep.
- Orders are shipped within 2(two) business days of confirmation of payment for prepaid and upon confirmation of order for COD.
- Normally, purchased items will be delivered at your doorstep within 6(six) business days of the date of order made between 12am-4pm and plus 1(one) business day for orders made between 4pm- 12am. Delivery of all orders will be to the mailing address as provided by you at the time of placing your order.
- Patcos Cosmetics (India) Pvt. Ltd is not responsible for damage after delivery. All claims for shortages, damages must be reported to customer care service within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-6 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take utmost care to ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition, there may be rare instances where packages are lost or damaged during transit.
If you receive a damaged package, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide supporting documentation, such as photographs & invoice. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
In the case of a lost package, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate the package. If the package is not found within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer you a replacement or a refund.
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible at wecare@magnum.in. We will do our best to accommodate the change, provided the package has not been shipped already.

Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or other reasons beyond our control, we will attempt to contact you to rectify the issue.
If we are unable to reach you or resolve the problem within a reasonable time, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will refund the cost of the products, excluding any shipping charges.
